We take you to a trip where you will discover a deeper connection with your body, your way to feel, creativity and pleasure adding and using music as a vehicle for free expression. What you will learn : - Open your heart to tenderness and compassion towards yourself - Discover mechanisms that affects your connection with life and pleasure - Learn to live in the time present, “Here and now” - Find a compassionate and creative way to set the limits that you need in your life - A free space for creation and enjoyment through music Methodology: Bioenergetic therapy is a “body psychotherapy” focused on personal growth, that works with the body through physical exercises, dynamics and corporal expression that facilitates the unconscious contents to emerge. All psycho-emotional tension has a body support and with the intention to find a better well-being in your life and yourself, it is necessary to relax the muscles and allow the contained energy of your body to flow naturally. Bioenergetic therapy understands the human being from all its psycho-emotional and bodily processes, as we say “in a global way”.
