7 ABR to 16 JUNE INTRODUCTION TO STANISLAVKIJ'S METHOD |
"The eyes of an actor on the stage reflect the deep content of his creative soul." K.S. Stanislavskij
Contents Regular course oriented towards the personal creation of a character and a monologue. Introduction to key concepts and techniques of actor Stanislavskij. Psychology in action, management of dramatic growth, character construction, development of a goal on stage, access to emotional memory. A journey in search of organic creation through the exploration of the ego and its constant dialogue with internal and external reality. The legacy of the Stanislavskij method teaches us that every little moment on stage is vital to the development of the story, and that each character was born with a precise goal that they want to fulfill, at any cost. Methodology Hidden within every little action of the scene is the potential to bring an incredible story to life. From an apparently insignificant event, the depth of the character's inner life will be discovered, learning to listen to reality and the dramatic suggestions it offers us. The students will have the chance to learn a 'step by step' process of creation. Exploring the triad of private self, creative self, character self, the actors will give life in these classes to a theatre piece created by themselves, which can be presented at Oracles Theatre at the end of the course.
